Since our inventory fluctuates daily we do not offer direct item to item exchanges. Should you want to exchange an item the best method is to return the item for store credit. Once received back, your store credit will be issued so that you can choose a new item or size on our site.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Our standard turnaround time out of our warehouse is 1-2 business days. During times of high volume, after large releases or sales such as Holiday or Black Friday, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to ship.  When your order ships you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number.
 
In general, free-standard shipping has a shipping and delivery time frame between 7-10 business days.
 
Please note, packages shipped via upgraded shipping are still subject to our normal processing times out of our warehouse.

Do you offer discounts?

Our Signature prints are restocked regularly throughout the year. To be alerted when a Signature print restocks please join the waitlist for that item. 

Our Limited Edition and Character prints are not guaranteed to restock, but our design team takes customer requests into account when deciding future comeback prints. For Limited Edition items that are still available on our website, it's always possible we’ll receive sold out sizes in for exchange, so we recommend joining the waitlist in case an item returns to stock.

To join a waitlist find the product you’re interested in on our website, scroll down below the "add to cart" button and select "Size Sold Out? Click to sign up for waitlist". If the product you're interested in becomes available, you'll be notified by email.

How do I pick the right size?

Thank you for reaching out to us at Little Sleepies! To ensure the fastest response to your inquiry, please make sure to include your order number and any other information relevant to your request such as size, order number, or shipping information! Currently, our standard response time is within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) though oftentimes our team will be in touch much sooner :)
