Can I preload my cart? 

No. Our site will be locked until the sale begins so you will be unable to preload your cart.

Which prints are included? 

Our BFCM Sale is site-wide. With the exclusion of gift cards, gift bags, and our Disney Playtime with Pooh collection, which do not qualify for use with the Black Friday discount code, per the terms on our site. 

When will my order ship?

Due to high order volume, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. If anything changes, we’ll make active updates to this page. 

Can I return or exchange items purchased during the sale?

All items purchased from the BFCM are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do I need a discount code to receive sale prices?  

Yes! Please remember to use the code: COMFY to receive the Black Friday discounts

Do you offer price adjustments?

Due to the limited nature of our sale stock, we're unable to offer price adjustments on prior orders.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we are offering free shipping on orders within the US that are $25+ (after applicable discount codes have been applied).

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any cancellations or changes (address, sizes, etc.) once an order has been placed.

Can I use additional discounts on top of the BFCM Sale prices?

No additional promo codes can be combined or stacked with sale discounts. 

Can I use Sezzle or Afterpay?

At times of high volume, such as the start of the sale, we will be turning off external payment methods such as Sezzle and Afterpay and will turn them back on once traffic reaches a more manageable level. We cannot guarantee when these payment methods will be available during the BFCM Sale.
