When will my order ship?

Due to high order volume, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. If anything changes, we’ll make active updates to this page.

For our Canadian customers, due to a current outage with Canada Post please expect delays in transit with DHL eCommerce and Economy services to Canada. 

Can I return or exchange items purchased during the sale?

All items purchased using code CUTE and all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What products apply for doorbusters?

Our doorbusters are sale products that are eligible for an additional 30% off when you use our Black Friday discount code, CUTE.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Due to the limited nature of our Black Friday sale and stock, we're unable to offer price adjustments on prior orders.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we are offering free shipping on orders within the US that are $25+ (after the discount code has been applied).

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any cancellations or changes (address, sizes, etc.) once an order has been placed.

Can I use additional discounts on top of the Black Friday code?

No additional promo codes can be combined or stacked with Black Friday discounts. 

Can I use Sezzle or Afterpay?

At times of high volume, such as the start of the sale, we will be turning off external payment methods such as Sezzle and Afterpay and will turn them back on once traffic reaches a more manageable level. We cannot guarantee when these payment methods will be available during Black Friday week.
