Can I preload my cart? 

No. Our site will be locked until the sale begins so you will be unable to preload your cart.

Which prints are included? 

Select Limited Edition prints and styles, you’ll have to stay tuned to see which ones!

When will my order ship?

Due to high order volume, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. If anything changes, we’ll make active updates to this page. 

Can I return or exchange items purchased during the sale?

All items purchased from the Little Big Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Do I need a discount code to receive sale prices?  

No discount code needed at checkout for items purchased from the sale section of the website. 

Do you offer price adjustments?

Due to the limited nature of our sale stock, we're unable to offer price adjustments on prior orders.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we are offering free shipping on orders within the US that are $25+ (after applicable discount codes have been applied).

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any cancellations or changes (address, sizes, etc.) once an order has been placed.

Can I use additional discounts on top of the Little Big Sale prices?

No additional promo codes can be combined or stacked with sale discounts. 

Can I use Sezzle or Afterpay?

At times of high volume, such as the start of the sale, we will be turning off external payment methods such as Sezzle and Afterpay and will turn them back on once traffic reaches a more manageable level. We cannot guarantee when these payment methods will be available during the Little Big Sale.
